NBA Finals: Warriors Tie Series with Celtics in Game 4

Golden State's Defense Shines, Curry Leads Scoring

Inside the Box Score

The Golden State Warriors have evened the NBA Finals with the Boston Celtics at 2-2 after a 107-97 victory in Game 4. The Warriors' defense was once again the catalyst, holding the Celtics to just 36.7% shooting from the field and forcing 15 turnovers. Stephen Curry led the way for Golden State with 43 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 assists.

The Celtics were led by Jayson Tatum's 28 points, but he was held to just 9-of-25 shooting from the field. Jaylen Brown added 22 points, but he also struggled with his shot, going 9-of-24 from the field.

The Warriors took control of the game in the third quarter, outscoring the Celtics 35-24. Curry was particularly impressive in the period, scoring 15 points and hitting three 3-pointers.

The Celtics will look to regain home-court advantage in Game 5 on Monday night. The Warriors will need to continue to play strong defense and get production from Curry and Klay Thompson if they want to take a 3-2 series lead.
