Salesforce Announces Record Fourth Quarter and Full Year Fiscal 2022 Results
Record Fourth Quarter Results
Total revenue was $7.33 billion, an increase of 24% year over year. Subscription and support revenue was $6.64 billion, an increase of 24% year over year. Professional services and other revenue was $691 million, an increase of 22% year over year.
Net income was $381 million, or $0.82 per share, compared to a net loss of $28 million, or $0.06 per share, in the prior year period.
Record Fiscal Year Results
Total revenue was $26.49 billion, an increase of 25% year over year. Subscription and support revenue was $23.33 billion, an increase of 25% year over year. Professional services and other revenue was $3.16 billion, an increase of 22% year over year.
Net income was $4.35 billion, or $9.31 per share, compared to a net loss of $569 million, or $1.21 per share, in the prior year period.
Outlook
For the first quarter of fiscal 2023, Salesforce expects total revenue to be in the range of $7.22 billion to $7.25 billion. For the full fiscal year 2023, Salesforce expects total revenue to be in the range of $31.7 billion to $31.8 billion.
